What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end Post Payment Audit engagements, including scope definition, delivery planning, team structure, recovery targets, quality governance, stakeholder cadence
- Maintain senior client relationships and communicate recovery pipeline, key issues, opportunities, status updates, risks, and recommendations with executive presence
- Create and refine service offerings, delivery models, commercial models, and technology-enabled audit solutions for scalable growth
- Identify leakage scenarios, prioritize high-value audit opportunities, and guide teams on complex claim logic, supplier strategy, and root-cause recommendations
- Monitor recoveries, revenue pipeline, projections, productivity, quality, capacity, staffing needs, and budget requirements
