Senior Interaction Designer

About the role

We’re looking for an Interaction & Visual Design Lead to create beautiful, human centered digital experiences across platforms and industries. You’ll combine systems thinking with visual craft — balancing usability, aesthetics, and business context to design experiences that work as well as they look.

What you'll do

• Design Delivery & Execution
• Lead design delivery for complex, multi-platform experiences with a focus on interaction and visual design excellence
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that balance clarity and visual appeal
• Design and maintain component-based systems that align with brand and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)
• Apply principles of typography, color, layout, and motion to craft engaging, consistent interfaces
