What you'll do
- Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks
- Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans
- Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns
