About the role
We are seeking an experienced Director – Implementation to lead the end-to-end product implementation function for our Patient Access (PA) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth client onboarding, delivering implementations on time and with high quality, and building scalable processes to increase implementation capacity.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Product Implementation function ensuring timely client onboarding
- Own the end-to-end implementation process, from requirements gathering through go-live, including process design and execution
- Build and manage a team to foster for efficiency and agility
- Drive consistency, scalability, and quality in implementation methodology, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and alignment
