About the role
The Product Manager – Merchant Experience will own merchant-facing surfaces (APIs and dashboard) to ensure merchants and developer partners can integrate and operate payment workflows reliably and efficiently. The role works closely with engineering, design, partnerships, legal, risk, and operations to deliver a best-in-class merchant and developer experience.
What you'll do
- Operate and evolve the API platform for paying, holding, and payout flows
- Define and execute the product roadmap , prioritizing for customer impact and business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch merchant-facing features
- Ensure platform reliability, extensibility, and low latency
- Design and optimize the merchant dashboard for actionability and operational efficiency
