About the role
We are seeking a Delivery Manager who is responsible for end-to-end delivery of product implementations for healthcare technology solutions. This role owns implementation project management, client coordination, and cross-functional execution, ensuring that customer implementations are delivered on time, with clarity, quality, and minimal friction.
What you'll do
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Drive client communication and coordination, including status updates, progress tracking, and issue resolution as the primary contact
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Analysts, Tech Implementation Specialists and other stakeholders) to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities
- Track implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively escalate when required
