What you'll do
- Application Monitoring & Incident Support
- Monitor application health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools
- Respond to and log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
- Perform basic incident triage and gather relevant logs and system information for troubleshooting
- Escalate incidents to Senior Application Support Engineer or the Lead when necessary
