What you'll do
- Lead end- to- end delivery of assigned applications, from requirements through deployment and support
- Serve as the technical point of contact
- Translate business requirements into technical artifacts and implementation plans
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
- Ensure application architecture follows best practices for scalability, performance, and security
