Associate Data Analyst

About the role

The Data Analytics/Business Intelligence team is responsible for building and supporting GIA’s global data warehouse and building out dashboards for consumption across GIA digital domain. The team is a fundamental part of GIA’s effort to become a fully digitalized company. The team partners with various business units to enable the services required to deliver software, data and business intelligence services.

• Conduct ongoing support of existing solutions to ensure user experiences are maintained and optimized for use
• Define best practices to measure performance tracking metrics that support the operations of digital activities
• They will identify areas for improvement, communicate changes in performance to key stakeholders, and make actionable recommendations for site or experience improvements
