About the role
This position will be in charge of meeting the legal and statutory corporate compliances.
What you'll do
- Organizing & conducting Board Meetings/ General Meetings required under company’s act involving issuance of notices, drafting agenda
- Filling of various Forms and Returns with Registrar of Companies, RBI, banks etc
- Maintaining statutory records under the Companies Act, 2013
- Responsible for Corporate Governance compliance related issues
- Vetting and drafting various agreements, Memorandum of understanding, NDA’s etc
