About the role
The Sr. Network Engineer is responsible for providing advanced network engineering, operations, and support for global enterprise environments, primarily supporting international locations. Working from an offshore delivery center, this role ensures high availability, performance, security, and scalability of network services across data centers, cloud environments, and end-user locations.
What you'll do
- Provide L3/L4 support for enterprise network infrastructure supporting global users and business-critical applications
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network incidents, performance issues, and outages across international locations
- Act as an escalation point for complex network issues and major incidents
- Support 24x7 operations through on-call rotations as required for global coverage
- Design, configure, and support routing and switching environments using enterprise-grade technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.)
