About the role

The position of Fresh HR Executive is integral to our organization as it plays a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and HR processes. The Fresh HR Executive will contribute to the overall success of the HR team by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records accurately.

What you'll do

• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Supporting HRIS maintenance and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Participating in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
• Assisting with employee relations, including conducting exit interviews and handling HR-related inquiries
• Managing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation
