As the Assistant Manager - Repair and Maintenance , In this role, you will lead the site's maintenance and reliability strategy, ensuring safe and uninterrupted operations while fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will drive reliability, food safety, cost optimization, and capital expansion initiatives, collaborating across functions to enhance performance and support long-term business objectives.

- Report to the Site Engineering Manager, T&W and will be based in Ranjangaon, Pune
- Champion a zero-harm safety culture and ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygienic design, PTW, LOTO, contractor safety, and statutory requirements
