About the role
In this role, you will assists with timely sample support to customers for the day to day operations of the Flavor Sampling Laboratory.
What you'll do
- Comply with good safety practices and PPE requirements
- Operate systems (SAP, LCMS, Atlas) to access customer free of cost orders, products/ingredients stock availability and prepare shipments
- Ensure schedule for Production planning on the given priority , coordination with QC & Flavorist on resolving quality processing aspects
- Follow through appropriate corrective actions, assist in resolving any formulation issue with the creator
- Ensure availability of required raw materials for timely batch execution and monitor stock rotation
