About the role
The Plant HRBP – Ahmedabad will be the critical position for the site which is engaged in every activity linked with developing organization culture. This position will ensure Harmonious industrial relationship within factory and across government authorities. This position will drive people development by driving TNI and Engagement activities across the site.
What you'll do
- Ensure that statutory compliance requirements are met
- Verify and monitor the monthly compliance and audit the reports to ensure that factory stays complied to all the legal requirements
- Maintain harmonious relations with Government authorities and keep in consistent connect to ensure that any changes in government laws are being practiced and implemented
- Collaborate with CFT and educate them on the compliance aspect to arrest deviations
- Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety front
