About the role

The R&D Manager will be responsible for the development and commercialisation of dry powder blend formulations within the food and nutrition category. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in formulation design, ingredient interactions, functional ingredients, and analytical testing.

What you'll do

• Work on product development briefs received from the business team and convert them into viable formulations
• Design, develop, and optimize dry powder blend formulations for relevant applications
• Plan and execute laboratory and pilot-scale trials as per approved development plans
• Independently conduct hands-on trials, troubleshooting, and formulation optimization
• Apply sound knowledge of ingredient interactions, compatibility, stability, and sensory impact
