About the role
The Data Management Analyst supports enterprise data operations through data analysis, stewardship activities, data quality monitoring, issue investigation, and operational reporting. This role partners with Data Stewards, Business SMEs, Technology teams, and Data Governance teams to ensure customer and organizational master data is accurate, complete, and consistent across enterprise systems.
What you'll do
- Data Operations & Stewardship Support
- Support customer and organization master data maintenance activities and remediation requests
- Analyze and validate data changes submitted through stewardship and operational requests/ tickets
- Monitor operational queues and assist in meeting SLA commitments
- Perform production remediation/validation and data verification following releases and deployments
