What you'll do
- As an LCC Shared Services Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and alignment of shared resources, documentation, training tools
- Contribute to operational transparency, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives while supporting the evolving needs of the business
- Perform initial intake of requests through designated enterprise intake processes and tools for the LCC group
- Maintain accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, and internal systems
- Monitor and manage centralized communication channels, including shared inboxes, ticketing systems, and request queues
