About the role
As a Senior Lead Engineer(Hardware Design) at Collins Aerospace, you will play a key role in designing and developing advanced digital electronic systems that power next-generation aerospace and defense technologies. You will be involved in the complete hardware development lifecycle, from requirements definition and schematic design to testing, validation, and product deployment.
What you'll do
- Lead and contribute to all phases of the hardware development lifecycle, from concept through qualification and production
- Design and develop digital electronic circuits and Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) using schematic capture tools
- Design and support DDR1, DDR2, and DDR3 memory interfaces
- Perform hardware verification, testing, and troubleshooting using engineering laboratory equipment
- Conduct signal integrity and timing analysis to ensure robust and reliable designs
