What you'll do
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Contingent Workers system related issues
- Provide End to end support of Workday Contingent Worker L2 level tickets
- Act as liaison between Supply Chain Group, Identity Management and other Functional COE
- Collaborate with team to help customers/business for Workday Production issues related to Contingent Workers
- Develop subject matter expertise on the various functionalities of Workday HCM for Contingent Workers
