What you'll do
- Develop, deploy, enhance, drive and implement plant-wide quality improvement projects through in-depth analysis of defect trends, manufacturing yields and KPC
- Lead Online problem resolution, support MRB (Non conforming material) review with cross functional team
- Oversee the performance & reporting of daily, weekly and monthly review of all quality KPI's
- Monitor, Analyze and improve Quality matrix, derive corrective action using the Quality tools and follow-up till closure
- Lead and direct support activities such as methods and procedures, planning and revision, gage planning and review, quality and reliability engineering
