About the role
We are looking for an Automation Triage Engineer to investigate automated test failures, identify root causes, and work with development and test teams to drive issues toward resolution. The role combines test execution, failure analysis, defect investigation, and AI-assisted troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Execute automated test suites across platforms, configurations, and environments
- Monitor test results and identify failures, regressions, and recurring issues
- Analyze logs, error messages, screenshots, videos, traces, and other diagnostic information
- Use AI-assisted techniques to summarize failures, identify patterns, compare logs, suggest root causes, and accelerate triage
- Use tools such as Claude, GPT, or comparable AI assistants responsibly to support investigation and technical decision-making
