About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager / Proposal Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bid management process, from opportunity qualification and bid strategy to proposal development and submission. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and proposal writing skills, with experience in managing RFP/RFI responses and using bid automation tools.
What you'll do
- Manage bid qualification and bid/no-bid decisions for new opportunities
- Own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses using bid automation tools such as RFPIO, tracking timelines, compliance, and risks
- Coordinate inputs from Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Commercial, and Legal teams
- Manage bid commercials, ensuring all required services are accurately included in the final pricing
- Develop and refine proposal content, including executive summaries, presentations, and customer-aligned value propositions
