About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. System Design Engineer to join the Audio Technology Licensing Engineering Team in China. This role will serve as a key technical interface between Bose engineering teams, customers, and business stakeholders, supporting the evaluation and deployment of Bose licensed audio technologies across a broad range of consumer audio products.
What you'll do
- Customer Product and System Evaluation
- Evaluate customer product architectures, hardware platforms, Bluetooth SoCs, DSP chipsets, software frameworks, and end-to-end audio system designs
- Assess customer technical proposals and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with Bose technology requirements and target audio performance objectives
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, competitive benchmarking, and proof-of-concept evaluations
- Support technical decision-making related to Sound by Bose and Sound Design Tuning engagements
