About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives, building scalable, secure, and compliant AI platforms on cloud-native data foundations. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic ownership of AI platforms, enabling enterprise-grade LLM, agent orchestration, and AI-driven product capabilities across regulated and large-scale environments.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI platforms, including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, AI agents orchestration, and AI-enabled applications
- Architect and operate cloud-native data and AI platforms on AWS/Azure to support model training, inference, analytics, and real-time AI workloads
- Build and manage high-performing engineering teams; drive Agile/DevOps practices, SRE, and operational excellence for AI systems
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Security, and Platform teams to align AI strategy with business outcomes and product roadmaps
- Own reliability, scalability, cost optimization, and performance of AI workloads and data platforms
