About the role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive who will be the primary point of contact for tenants. The role involves ensuring smooth communication, handling tenant concerns, maintaining relationships, and providing end-to-end support to enhance tenant satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding queries, complaints, and requests
- Manage tenant onboarding and documentation processes
- Handle day-to-day tenant issues and coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, security, billing, etc.) for quick resolution
- Maintain updated tenant records in the CRM system
- Ensure timely rent collection, payment reminders, and follow-ups
