About the role
Key Accountabilities and Performance Indicators (KPIs) – Central PMO Planning Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for all projects, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and key deliverables. Establish baseline schedules and lead periodic schedule reviews, revisions, and re-baselining exercises.
What you'll do
- Look-Ahead Planning & Execution Alignment
- Prepare and monitor 30/60/90-day look-ahead plans in coordination with project teams
- Identify execution constraints and proactively drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor productivity levels, potential delays, bottlenecks, and resource utilization
- Facilitate regular planning reviews to ensure execution readiness
