About the role
To take the efforts forward, the overall convergence has been to build a dedicated team to begin with, as per the following chart. Of this, there will be internal candidates who will be identified for some of the profiles and for Business Development, the mandate is to look out for the best and most competent candidates with requisite experience.

- Leadership & Team Development Manage and grow a high-performing data and analytics team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career development
- Advanced Data Analysis & Business Insights Oversee the use of analytical tools (SQL, Python, R) to extract insights that drive strategic decisions
