About the role
The Team Member – RB & EI is responsible for handling statutory compliances for SSC Hyderabad and Bangalore locations, including the administration of employee statutory benefits such as Gratuity, Superannuation, and Professional Tax (PT).
What you'll do
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Employee Insurance (GPA, GTI & GMI)
- Oversee the settlement of Group Insurance policies including Group Medical Insurance (GMI), Group Term Insurance (GTI)
- Facilitate timely renewal of all Group Insurance and Gratuity policies with LIC, aligned with policy due dates
- Execute monthly statutory remittances related to Professional Tax (PT) in accordance with applicable legal provisions
