What you'll do
- POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (PPA) MANAGEMENT
- Monitor compliance with obligations under long-term, medium-term, and short-term PPAs
- Administer contractual provisions relating to tariff, availability, scheduling, dispatch, energy accounting, and payment security mechanisms
- Interpret contract clauses and provide commercial guidance to internal stakeholders
- Review PPAs, supplements, amendments, and commercial agreements
