Complete Technology support in design, deploy, and maintaining cellular networks and RF infrastructure for smart meters to Operations team for the said location. IT Head --> Associate Manager - Communications --> Reports To --> Position Title
What you'll do
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- SAT / SLA Approval of each meter lot from Discom
- Conduct monthly SAT for the maximum meter numbers possible by strong coordination with operations team
- Lead designing, deploying, and maintaining cellular networks and RF infrastructure
- Liaison with TSP and SIs for troubleshooting and resolving network issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
