What you'll do
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Facilitate outsourced agencies in their identified areas of operations
- Technical Support in various smart meter installation operations such as consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation
- Steer consumer interactions and enable quick resolutions of technical issues / grievances
- Go-Live of Smart Meters as per timeline
