About the role
Lead & responsible for the pre Contract Management and Procurement in a most competitive manner, vendor management, in line with overall project Procurement & Contract Award activities for various packages of Airport Land Development at Hyderabad and other locations as decided by management.
What you'll do
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Review PR & Understand the requirement for the procurement of materials & works/Services including scope
- Turnaround Time as per SLA
- Responsible for entire bidding process including EOI, RFI, e-RFQ / RFP Process for all purchase activities for Works (Civil, Finishes, MEP, IT etc.), Materials
- Ensure Pre-bid meetings/Site Visits of Vendors as per requirement
