About the role
Execute and complete the Civil Infrastructure projects in coordination with Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing & Information Technology with implementation of highest safety & quality standards, ensuring the works are completed within budget & time. GM Civil-> Associate General Manager Civil-> Manager Civil
What you'll do
- Design Management: Coordinate with consultants and clients for the necessary design inputs. Review all the design submittals for the buildability
- Ensure zero non-compliance to Statutory requirements, satisfying all stake holder requirements
- Certify contractor’s monthly RA Bills as per the works executed
- Review of daily / weekly progress report as per the work schedule
- Coordinate with the contractor’s team of Engineers / supervisors and collectively work out action plan to catch up with the occasional / frequent delay of work progress
