What you'll do
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Contract and SLA Monitoring
- Maintain uptime of Critical Systems of MEP infrastructure at Airport
- Monitor Fire Detection & Protection, PHE, and BMS systems for serviceability, preventive maintenance, and adherence to defined SLAs
- Track contractor performance on parameters such as response time, equipment testing, tool availability, and stock of spares and consumables
