About the role
We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud-based data platform on AWS. This role is responsible for architecting scalable cloud infrastructure, driving platform engineering initiatives, mentoring engineers, and ensuring reliability, security, performance, and cost optimization across the platform.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure
- Drive the migration of an existing enterprise data platform from Azure to AWS
- Analyze existing Azure environments and define the target AWS architecture and migration strategy
- Lead Infrastructure as Code implementation using Terraform with reusable modules
- Design and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, applications, and data workloads
