About the role
The Individual shall be responsible for Collecting data and inputting information into databases, by maintaining the Office/ Medical records of the Patients admitted, Discharged Patients and its Details pertaining to the patients Treatment, diagnosis etc. He/she shall be also be learning to maintain the cause of Death and New births in the institution and reviewing records for accuracy by Updating databases with new or revised information as necessary.
