About the role
Manage billing and quantity verification for large-scale infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development. Process and certify contractor bills related to landscaping, top-level softscape & hardscape works, artificial pool and lake construction. Verify BOQs, work orders, rate analysis, variation orders, and extra item claims.
What you'll do
- Verify subcontractor/vendor bills with reference to work orders, BOQs, measurement sheets, and agreed rates
- Manage billing and quantity verification for large-scale infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development
- Process and certify contractor bills related to landscaping, top-level softscape & hardscape works, artificial pool and lake construction
- Verify BOQs, work orders, rate analysis, variation orders, and extra item claims
- Monitor executed quantities vs. BOQ and track cost deviations
