Assistant Manager – Safety at Godrej Industries Group. Implement company policies, objectives, programs & procedures and assess its effectiveness periodically.
What you'll do
- Implement company policies, objectives, programs & procedures and assess its effectiveness periodically
- Assist project manager and region safety incharge to implement preventive safety management and monitoring system to prevent incidents
- Audit/ review implementation of site safety plan, site logistics plan and contractual requirements
- Ensure adequate safety infrastructure are established and maintain in best and ready to use condition such as first aid, safety induction & training
- Ensure & audit legal compliance such as BOCW Act, Labour laws & environmental and other relevant statutory regulations and quarterly review of Legal Register. 10
