About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP professional to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services across large-scale, high-quality real estate projects including commercial, residential, retail, and IT parks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional project management skills, ensuring seamless execution from concept through commissioning.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end management of MEP services, including design, procurement, site execution, testing, commissioning
- Develop, plan, and monitor detailed MEP schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources for large building and township projects
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of all MEP-related works
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality systems while managing costs and project timelines efficiently
- Drive value engineering initiatives and optimize resource utilization to maximize project profitability
