About the role
As Head – Corporate Quality, you will be responsible for heading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will also drive digital transformation, system excellence, and continuous improvement across processes and products.
What you'll do
- Ensuring competency building of teams on these systems and certifications
- Process Improvement: Drive root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA); promote culture of continuous improvement in quality
- Reporting of performance against key performance indicators (KPI’s) and risks to senior management
- Needs to provide strategic recommendations to senior management on quality
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure our products and services meet them
