About the role
The Enterprise Excellence Lead is responsible for designing, implementing and sustaining robust business processes, internal controls and continuous improvement frameworks across key business functions. The role drives operational excellence through process governance, audits, stakeholder alignment and capability building.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy a DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) or similar effective framework across key business processes across both companies
- Identify critical processes and workstreams requiring immediate implementation and governance
- Design systems and mechanisms for effective implementation of approved processes and workflows
- Design measures and metrics to assess effective working and utilization of the processes developed and implemented
- Align stakeholders and drive adoption before process design and rollout
