About the role
The role is responsible for end-to-end execution of a designated high-rise tower, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety norms through strong on-ground management and coordination with PMC, contractors, and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Drive day-to-day construction execution (civil, structural, finishing, MEP) for the assigned tower
- Prepare and track daily/weekly execution plans aligned to project schedule
- Monitor site progress and ensure milestone adherence (slab cycle, finishing timelines)
- Coordinate with PMC, contractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues quickly
- Ensure quality compliance as per drawings; minimize rework and defects
