About the role
The primary purpose of Cost estimating & Budgeting is to Prepare Budget & Estimation given the level and quality of scope definition at different phases of the project lifecycle. It includes providing the basis of the budget and shares a goal with cost control of maximizing the probability of the actual cost outcome being the same as predicted.

- Prepare quantity take-off for preparation of Bill of Quantities & Bill of Materials
- Preparation of details Estimate for Tender Package along with proper rate analysis based on the current market rates
- Ensure appropriate assessment of costs for all project activities and review all estimates before submission
