About the role
To prepare, monitor, and control cost estimates, budgets, and financial performance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works across projects, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with contractual requirements.
What you'll do
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare detailed budget estimate for MEP works during preliminary, pre-contract & tendering stages of a residential & plotted development project
- Assist in value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality or compliance
- Preparation and validation of MEP BOQs as per the tender drawing with value engineering input to make fit into given budget
- Preparation of estimate for MEP BOQs with detailed rate analysis inline with the market rate
