About the role
The Manager – Costing & Budgeting will oversee project quantification, cost monitoring, and rate analysis to ensure budget adherence and accurate financial tracking. This role requires strong coordination with consultants and site teams to optimize construction budgets and maintain project profitability while leveraging advanced tools like SAP, BIM, and other estimating software.
What you'll do
- Verify all required documents for vendor empanelment, including PAN Card and statutory numbers
- Address vendor queries and ensure smooth empanelment processes
- Create and manage the material master in SAP
- Ensure contractors/vendors are provided with all necessary documents for work order execution
- Assist in vendor shortlisting based on quotation rates, reviews, and recommendations
