About the role
Co-ordination with the site team for proper implementation of the Master Construction program. Chair weekly design freeze reviews with Architect, ID, MEP, Landscape, Lighting & AV/Automation consultants; manage shop drawing / sample / mock‑up approval trackers. Coordination of mock-ups for villa rooms, bathrooms, façade elements, landscape zones before mass roll-out.
What you'll do
- Planning & sequencing of high-end finishing activities (stone, veneer, marble, joinery, façade, landscape hardscape/softscape)
- Close coordination with architects, ID consultants, landscape consultants to track design dependencies & Material lead times (premium materials often imported)
- Track approvals for material palettes, BOQs, and shop drawings critical to villa finishing
- Prepare risk assessment for the project identifying the high-risk activities along with suggesting mitigation measures for the same
- Lead the automation and enhancement of Management Information Systems (MIS) to streamline reporting
