- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop detailed project master schedules using tools such as Primavera (P6) / MS Project covering construction, procurement, approvals, and handover milestones
- Prepare baseline schedules , look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules as required
- Define activity sequencing, dependencies, and critical paths
- Monitoring & Progress Control
