About the role
Support the 3-year strategy refresh and lead the annual operating plan (AOP) build: targets, roll-down, assumptions, scenarios. agendas, dashboards, decision notes, action tracking. Maintain a single Portfolio Cockpit covering funnel, TAT (median/p95), FTR, risk cohorts, unit economics, and partner scorecards.
What you'll do
- Support the 3-year strategy refresh and lead the annual operating plan (AOP) build: targets, roll-down, assumptions, scenarios
- Run MBR/QBR cadence: agendas, dashboards, decision notes, action tracking
- Maintain a single Portfolio Cockpit covering funnel, TAT (median/p95), FTR, risk cohorts, unit economics, and partner scorecards
- Own PMO for key initiatives (journey standardization, decisioning/rules, , partner programs, new product readiness)
- Coordinate across Business, Credit, Ops, IT, Finance, Compliance to resolve dependencies and ensure delivery
