- Preparation of overall project planning
- Preparing & monitoring the schedule (weekly & daily) of the activities to be performed
- Regularly reviewing critical path & adjusting strategy to achieve the goal
- Proactively assessing progress and providing solutions to mitigate scheduled delay to optimize project completion
